It’s quick and easy to perform a void at the register. Everything you void is tracked in the Voids report.

Void an Order

Discard an order without payment by voiding it. For example, if a user created a new order by accident or a customer no longer wanted to proceed with their order.

  1. Swipe from right to left across an order and press 'Void'.

    Users with order deletion permissions will see Delete instead of Void.

  2. Enter a reason (optional) and press 'Void' to confirm.

Void an Item

Remove a menu item from an order that’s been sent to the kitchen by performing a void. For example, if a customer has a problem with something they ordered.

  1. Tap an item on the sale.
  2. Press 'Void'.
  3. Enter a reason (optional) and press 'Void' to confirm.
